I'm not even sure if it exists but does anyone know of anywhere that I can find 1800's style clothes for very large sim ladies?

Just as an FYI, I changed the thread title to more accurately reflect what you're looking for. This is a good practice to get into, as it gives people a better idea of what you might need. Smiley

I've never seen plus size clothing for that time period, but I know that All About Style has period clothing for Sim size. If you know how to convert clothing you can do so in bodyshop using Frannie Sims Momma Lisa meshes that can be found at the Sims2 Graveyard.
