Autonomous Hang Out

All of a sudden my Sims want to Hang Out a lot.  I used to have to tell them to do that but now every time I turn around, they are hanging out.  How can I stop that ?

This should probably be in the WCIF section, but there is a mod to stop autonomous hanging out if that's what you'd like.
