WCIF The Waverly Carpet & Wall Set?

Hi guys I forgot about a big WCIF that I really need.   I am currently in the game so it made me remember.  I have been searching for the "Waverly" carpet and floor set. I have several very detailed carpets and walls in my game and they all are dubbed Waverly. I have one wall called Waverly retro mod and the description says Susan @ TSR. It also says get the whole set at Loving Touch Designs however after googling LTD it brings me to a dead site. I love the few carpets and walls I do have as they are extremely detailed and realistic and I abuse them in most of my homes, so if anyone has the slightest idea of what I'm referring to please point me in the direction of where this creator is.
