Blast from the Past

Wow, everyone. I haven't been here since 2008. I'm so utterly shocked this place is up and running again. I can't even begin to describe what this forum meant to me, or all the amazing people I met on here...
caffeinated.joy, Momorat, puppylover12397, hiiammregg, Lola136, whitee90, Hikari, etc... We ruled this place. We got on every day. We were family. And then that was all pooped on when some hotshot bought this place and shut it down, I don't think it was even a Sims forum anymore.
So, how did this rebirth? I would love to meet this new generation of Insimmers.
Just. Wow. I'm shocked. I feel like an old fart sitting on the porch with their grandkids, about to tell them war stories and of the glory days...

I still ~~rule this place~~ help out here. LOL. Basically we instigated a mass revolt and moved over here, leaving Walt to cry into his soup.

There's a long thread here with lots of details about the explosion and migration, if you care to read. May I suggest popcorn? Screenshots detailing the drama are included.
