Kitchen and Bath Stuff Maternity not working? *solved*

I took this picture from Sizza Crazyfingers legacy here:

When my Sims have that maternity they have no belly. Is there a fix?

Most of the outfits don't have pregmorphs. They can be added with these add-on meshes:
