I came across it while looking for something for my Sims 2 game. I remember seeing it on peggyzone once, but it doesn't work on my computer. (peggyzone)

Pretty sure it's originally a TS2 hair. Have you looked for it at Peggyzone or the Booty?

I know it is as well, Peggy's site doesn't load for me & I'm currently picking through the Booty.

It's possible it's one of the free hairs. If so, it's not at the booty.
