WCIF Hire Anyone Mod

I am looking for a mod that will let my business owning Sims pick from anyone in the neighborhood to hire rather than only the few the game gives me at a time. Anyone know of such a thing?

I use over 20 of his business related mods , as well as many more of his for other purposes.
