Lift up/Super Strength overlay pose request?

I was wondering if it would be possible for anyone to make 2 poses like this for the sims 2:





I just needed one version with the character standing up straight with his arms up (like he's lifting something) and another one with him lifting something really heavy.
Could someone also make them overlay poseboxes so their mouths can still move? I just wanted it for adult males too.
If anyone could make it for me, that'd be great

Have you checked Synapticsims' poseboxes? Not sure if there's anything useful in there, but there are a lot of "super" poses on that site.
