Problem with a downloaded sims in The sims 3

Hi,

I need help with a custom content. I download a sims from here http://sk-sims.tumblr.com/post/81847847172/lee-minho-sim-as-i-promise-this

It's a .sim file, i put it in the right file in my document. When i launch the game i see the sims with the good "picture" as the preview from the download page but when i click the sims who appears is totally different see a screen print

I see there is a CC file .txt, it's link for hair, skin etc.. i try to download but i can't find in the website the stuff was use for the sims.. I see on the page http://sk-sims.tumblr.com/post/81847847172/lee-minho-sim-as-i-promise-this, slider file, i dpwnload it, many package file i put in the correct file in my document. But no result i have always a weird sims..

I need help i'm not fluent in english (as you can see/read sorry) and i'm not asian so i don't understand for the CC stuff. I need help for correct install this sims please

PS : i try to contact the creator of the sims but no answer
