I fixed the picture for you. It's possible you used the wrong url or something.

Also, if you want someone to make a sim for you, they'll need a 3/4 view picture (the one you have is probably fine, though a little small), a profile picture (from the side), and a front-facing picture to get a good base.

Oh, and Photobucket no longer shows pictures for everyone unless you pay for it, so you may want to find a different photo uploader. The picture did show fine at first, but now it shows the usual placeholder picture.
