sliim, thats probably because you used the hack to pick a random amount of babies.
The amount of babies that the InSIMenator counts is te original maxis-amount of babies. Which means it'll never show you they're having triplets or quads, and that it might not be accurate if you choose the random function on the MATY hack.

Angela and Lillith count as twins, right? LOL. These are my tweaked versions (I extracted them and put them in riverblossom hills, along with ma and da)
