If anyone at Maxis reads any of this; common sense is the trick.... no "scratch puppy, nail it to a door" Expansion Pack is needed... :jester:  just basic common sense...

Just to add:
Maxis should have included a carrear for lazy sims/ sims who dont need to work!

OMG this is EXACTLY what I have been looking for!!!!  I was wondering if anyone else thought it was dumb that business owners show up as "Unemployed" where in reality they work their butts off at their business...  I've scoured the Internet looking for some kind of "Business Owner" custom career, and here it is!!!!  YAY!!!!!

What an amazing, brilliant idea! Thank you a million times over for this. I was so annoyed by the fact that I owned a business, made it very successful, and my Sims still wanted to get a job. WTF? This mod makes me so happy. Thank you, jphill! Thank you!

Brill. Wow, thanks so much--I've been wanting something like this for ages, I up my Sims' money so much with Motherlode that it really gets annoying when they want a job. And the self-employed option's also great, I was so annoyed when my flower shop owning sim was still listed as "unemployed". I owe you for this!

Awesome, EAGames really should've fixed this with an OFB patch--like that would happen, most of their hacks fix things I never had problems with, and the rest I'm left to deal with or find fixes for--what would we do without you guys!? Thanks very very very much!
