School Bus Won't Come!!!!

I've noticed that with my legacy family, the school bus won't come for kids or teens. I got both of my children into private school, it still won't come, and their grades stay the same, no worse no better. There is no notice before the bus arrives. I haven't played any other of my families in a while so I don't know about them. I only have the hack so teens can move out and that's it, no other ones. Can anyone find a reason as to why this is happening?

Take out the hack and run the game. If the bus comes, bingo. Unless you've already tried that. I too have that hack along with several others and I've never had this problem. I would try deleting you groups.cache and accessories files. You can find them in you EA Games/The Sims 2 folder in Documents, not Program Files. You should see something like this...



Try that after taking out the hack.

This happened to two members on my site.  They ended up reinstalling the latest expansion and the problem went away on its own.

You know what, I think that might be it. I just got university and I realize that I don't think I had any problems before that. Thanks, I'll try reinstalling it!:-P

Sod that for a laugh - yes, it's happening to me again too, even with the latest version of TJ's hack (I took it out and it's still happening). Now comes the time I'm glad for Inge's school mods, I'm just gonna run my own damn school and have done with it
