This is an old factory building that I converted to a house for one of my large Sim families. It has five bedrooms, three full baths and two half baths (could have a shower). It has lovely exposed brick walls throughout.

It's on a 3x2 lot and is unfurnished, price 54K.

No driveway (I built this pre-NL and OFB, so it should be okay for anyone to use), but there is room to add one.

I had a hottub on the roof, along with a table and chairs and BBQ. I also used one of the bedrooms as an art studio.

No custom content, no hacks.

edit: the caption on my screenshot below reads "First floor, kitchen, dining room, half bath" - it should also read "living room".

Thank you all.

The best part about this floorplan is that walls can be moved around easily, in case you want to make even more bedrooms on the third floor, or larger ones on the second, or add a bathroom or whatever.

I've had this lot in my game for about three years because of its sheer versatility.  I've used it as a house, a bar/restaurant/dance club, and as a two-flat (first floor for entry and commons-rec area, one apt. each on second and third floors).

I thank you again!
