A-Frame cabin on (somewhat*) wooded lot with a small pond, perfect for your outdoorsy Sims.

1 nice sized bedroom
1 bathroom
Living room with fireplace
Kitchen
Deck on the front
Small deck on the back

3x3 lot
§16K unfurnished

I have NL, UNI and OFB, so you probably need them to use this lot.

The invisible driveway is by roddyaleixo

*I don't like to use a lot of trees because I know what they do for people with older graphics cards and slower computers. This lot looks best when surrounded by wooded areas of your neighborhood.

Thanks!

I just noticed a minor little flaw on the front deck. Anyone who uses this might want to extend the railing on the back right corner of the deck so that it meets the roof. I hate discovering these things after the fact.

Lytough - You gave me an idea with your Sasquatch comment, so just wait and see what I'm working on now. It will send shivers up your spine.

I love these style houses, there's one in my (real world) neighborhood actually!

My friend's parents lived in one when I was a kid. I have had a fascination with them ever since. They remind me of lazy summer days, back when my biggest concern in life was passing 9th grade algebra.

Ahhh, those were the days.

Great little house! When can I move in?

Don't have OFB, so I won't be moving too soon. I can dream though, can't I? Good job!

Thanks, Yukonpizza. I am planning to look through my houses that were created in a neighborhood I played prior to installing OFB and will be uploading a few sometime over the weekend. I'm also considering rolling back my game to NL or UNI to make the lots useable by more people.

I admit that I have never checked out your houses before Rogue. House shopping usually isn't an interest of mine, because I usually like building my own. When I lost all my people from my previous game when I put in the new EP, I lost all of my houses too.

My houses are too large really. My sims like them but they aren't realistic.
It looks like you've reality pinned, and will make the sims happy as well.  Thanks!!! very cool
