This is a three bedroom mini-mansion that has an elevator. Don't worry, it also has a fire escape for those times the elevator breaks when your Sims are supposed to be going to work or school.

This is the house for your middle-class Sims who want to pretend they are wealthy.

It's on a 3x3 lot and sells for 68K unfurnished.

3 bedrooms (Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en-suite)
3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs)
Single car garage
Rooftop deck, good for hottub or telescope
Large yard, good for entertaining
Spacious kitchen/dining area
Large living room

This house is perfect for a family of five.

No custom content.

Thank you for sharing this house or Mansion LOL, truly its beautiful this had to take you a while to do I needed to take a sec of my time considering all the time you had to have taken and say thank you very much.:B
