This lovely little house is perfect for a growing family. It has two bedrooms on the main floor and a finished basement with one bedroom and plenty of room to divide the rest into more bedrooms. Or use it as a playroom or a gym, or add a poker table and invite a few friends over. There's plenty of room to add a bar and a pool table too.

Features:

3 bedrooms
2 full baths
Large living room
Large eat-in kitchen (furnished model has a bar with seating for 3)
Basement
Patio
Driveway

3x3 lot

Price:
37K unfurnished
101K mostly furnished

All objects used are plain old Maxis.

Having such a crappy video card for so long is what made me start building and using small houses.  I love the large houses, don't get me wrong, and some of them on here are really beautiful, but the small house is the staple of the neighborhood and there are a lot of people who don't have top of the line computers or video cards.  They deserve to have nice houses too.

Thanks!

This is such a cute house, and I love that it has a basement.  Thanks for sharing it.

I agree, wonderfully designed small houses are easier to play in than the big ones.  They also present a challenge because you can't give your sims EVERYTHING, you have to pick and choose what to fit in the lot.  Great work, as always.
