This is a unique lot and if you are pondering downloading it, I should tell you that the entrance to this house is on the side. I moved the mailbox to where the front door is to "mark" it as the front of the house. All-in-all, the house has very good playability.

Richard Neutra was a midcentury architect who preferred mixing organic and machine-age materials. He's one of my favorite architects and after you see this house, you'll definately see why. Enjoy!

Features

3x5 Lot
1 Floor
3 Beds - Large Master Suite with Master Bath
2 Baths
Open Floor Plan
Bar Room
Attached Garage and a spot for a second car outside (using the rectangle slab, not the driveway one.)
Covered Porch
Pool
Landscaped - Some of the plants in the screen shots came from a donation set at 4ESF. Those are not included.
Semi-Furnished - I included a few items that went perfectly with this house. Each room is marked with furniture.

No, because of the garage for sure. I'm also not sure what deco is from what EP. I have all of them and they aren't labeled so I can't really tell. Sorry.

mstybl95, I must say you make the most beautiful homes.  But what I like most about them is that they are playable.  I lot of people make beautiful they are not livable for the sims, but yours are great.  Thanks

That's why I started making them. I used to be lazy and just download homes for my game, but I hated not knowing what rooms were supposed to be what or having to go up or down a million levels. I try to keep it simple and also make sure that anyone who downloads my homes doesn't get "lost" the way I used to.

Thanks! *blushes*

NO, I'll never use anything from the small add-ons. Only the actual EP's are needed.

If you are having trouble, try using the Clean Installer from MTS2. I used to have problem installing houses, even though I have all the EP's before I started using the clean installer.
