Sun, sand, and surf...

This is my first upload. This is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bath one-floor home set on the beach. It features a spacious eat-in kitchen with bar, pool, ocean-front view, pavillion, parking for two vehicles, and over-the-water sunset deck. Price is $146,056 furnished.

Lot Size=4X4
Custom Content: Invisible Driveways by roddyaliexo can be found HERE.

My apologies to all, but as I am still new to this, making the clever little hyperlinked thumbnails is beyond my tired brain tonight.

You can see more images of the lot by clicking HERE

I'm not sure what EP's might be required since I have no way of finding out. I'm using S2 w/NL, UNI, and OFB.

Enjoy!

But I'm just drunk enough to let go of my pain
To hell with my pride, let it fall like rain
