As requested:
This mod allows all sims to gain skills on all lots.
This mod is for EP2 only.
For the EP3 version
click here
I try to ensure that all of my mods are 100% bug free but sometimes a bug pops up that I wasn’t aware of; If you find a bug please send me a private message; I can usually fix it within a couple of minutes.

I thought you had EP3 if you do don't use this version it is only for EP2 there is a link in the description above for the EP3 version

I suppose I have the one for EP3. There's only one remark. When Sims maximized a skill, the skill progress fill bar continues over their head until they get into another interaction. Not so disturbing if nothing can be done about.
