It's in the Complete Nude Set, found here in the adult section (once it reopens) or over at SexySims2.com.  There are Top and Bottom Nude Separates and full-body nudes for all sizes included in the set.

Ok so to get teh top mesh,
i need to get all teh meshes and fish out the one i want, and same with teh outfits?

Do i need to downloade the skintone?
