I downloaded this and tried to figure out the directions as best I could, but for some reason, it doesn't show up in my game. Somebody help!

There's nothing to getting these working... just extract the .rar files to your Downloads folder (with WinRAR or 7-zip), and they should show up under Everyday--Tops.  You have to have Custom Content enabled of course.

Not yet, we just got settled in our new city, and we're house-hunting now... so I haven't really started working on stuff again just yet.  Real-Life has just been a bit crazy, but in a good way Cheesy
