You will need the casual outfit mesh by Lueppi from here or here for these outfits to show up in your game.
 
Here are 8 casual outfits for your normal/fit sim guys, consisting of a batik print, short sleeve overshirt and jeans.
 
They are organised into 2 sets with 4 outfits in each set.
