The Lancaster offers luxury and comfort in a suburban classic style home. It has three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. This model features a large eat-in kitchen with a bay window looking out onto the pool and patio area, a cozy family room and a separate office/study/den. There is covered parking for one car.

The pool features a hottub, almost floating in the center of the pool. Your Sims will surely enjoy having friends over or throwing parties in this house. The patio area has room for a table and BBQ grill. The master bedroom and the larger of the two other bedrooms both have sliding glass doors leading to the pool area.

Specs:

Furnished model includes all of the above, plus:

Grapholina's Sims 2

L'Petite Atrium patio set
Madison Living Room set

Notes:

This lot requires NL and OFB and you must have Numenor's CEP for the furnished version

Both versions include the hottub, since it is part of the pool. I forgot to delete the Maxis car from the furnished version after using it to take the pics. If you don't want it, just take it down to the dealer and trade it in.
