STEP 1.Start the Game
Enter any neighbourhood
Click on the game setting/options button.
STEP 2.Click on the Graphics/Performance settings icon
STEP 3.If your video card supports the necessary architecture for reflections, pixel shading, etc nothing should be greyed out.
Change the setting for Reflections to On
STEP 4.Apply the settings, a confirmation dialogue will appear, confirm that you want to accept the changes.
Not all video cards are created equal... not all video card drivers are created equal. Your video card may register as a crappy one if the game doesn't like the version of the driver you have installed; so it harms nothing to avail yourself of the newest released version of the driver for your particular video card or chip.
In some instances, many features not available can become available by updating a driver.
There is no 100% guarantee that this will be the case for you.
