I'm new here, but I love making my sims pregnant XD it's a little weird.
Here's just a few from multiple families.
Here's Harold
and his wife, Gina.
He was naked when he gave birth, so some cropping was in order XD
These are actually Harold's parents, Theodore and Lexi.
She had triplets!
Here's dad with two of the triplets.

These are my 1st Generation Sims, Matt and Madison Pond, when Madison was expecting their first, a set of twins, Brooke and Noah.
This is their daughter Brooke, now all grown up and expecting her first!
And this is the other twin, Noah, with his pregnant wife Amy.
