Last in the "Bogauce" Trilogy, Carl.
His frowning features are known all over the places where a pool table is available (for great screenshot, I recommend the pool table anims!)

Still no fancy haircut... and I really don't know what it is with those large ears lately. Maxis should have put more of them in their game.

I could swear 'Carl' is based on a guy I used to date....and the relationship might be fun to play with a different outcome in the game....Thanks for posting this....and jogging my memory!:)
