I was wondering, what can be done about the work clothes not matching the new body sizes you are making.  I was testing out everything you have so far and it looks great in game by the way, but it just hit me about the work clothing.

Any ideas about making it match the new size for each sim?  Seems like it would be difficult to get the game to do that.

The only solution I've seen so far is a hack that's around somewhere, that allows all jobs to wear everyday clothing.  That would be one way around it... otherwise you would have to modify the careers themselves to change the uniform, or do a default replacement for all the uniforms, but that would only give one size.

Once I get the initial set of clothes out for all sizes, I plan to go back and play around with some special outfits like the maid, I could also do a few career outfits, and set them up as everyday outfits, which could then be used with the appropriate hack.  Then you'd just have to dress them for work yourself, but at least they would keep their size.
