is there scripting on object placement in the game files? i mean is there anyway that i can mod it so that i can place anything on a 45 degree angle?

(by the way, sorry, but im kinda new at this, so be patient)

There is a cheat which allows you to place objects on 45 degrees.  I believe it's boolProp allow45degreeangleofrotation true or some such thing.  There is no script that is universally triggered when objects are placed, but objects do have behavior scripts which are called when its first placed into the world.
