A tee-shirt without sleeves. Like a man's undershirt. Or in my part of town better known as "wife beaters". If not familer with tearm- don't ask- I don't know why there called that.

Muscle Shirt - meaning a T-shirt that is taper-tailored for large muscles

Vest - commonly wife-beater due to the fact that the lower classes wear them and are commonly held to beat their wives - rare, but sometimes called an A-shirt - most modern versions of this item bare little similarity to the original "wife-beater"

Wife-beater (original)

Sleeve-less Shirt - circa 1970s a "muscle shirt", "beach shirt", "California shirt", "surf shirt", and "board shirt"

Ya know... under armor would look good on the bodybuilder, so you don't mind if I can request a sleeveless/under armor shirt for the bodybuilder.
EDIT: crap- that's weird... the under armor thumbnails are more like the first sample, but it was that sleeveless that reminded me of the under armor.  Damn, I'm so weird sometimes. xP
Also, go ahead and smack me with something, if needed. =/
