Hey all. I got a pretty good response from all of you and many thanks on my Giga Mall lot that I posted, so I decided to post one of many nice modern residences that are all over my 5 Mile Isle and my other neighborhoods.

First things first, I want to thank Olemantiker for incredible meshes he made (see links in the credits) for the inspiration he gave me with his meshes to start making more modern buildings. I also want to take my hat off for Ailias, one of my favorite creators and huge thanks to Carol from 4ESF.

This is a 2x3 lot, $57,000 with a newly rich Ukrainians style modern residence. Spacious, high ceilings, indoor pool with huge skylight above the pool, stained cherry hardwood floors and state of the art fence.

This lot has driveways, placed sideways (see screenshot #4) that allows you to place your vehicles on it, and makes them drivable as normal, and when sims come back to the lot, they park on these sideways driveways, just fine.

Incredible lighting built-in right underneath the awnings at the top or the roof, making the lot look like a dream at night. Nothing like it, I guarantee you that. Mailbox is built-in to one of the columns on the fence, giving it an incredibly modern look there.

Seamless, invisible doors by THE MAN Numenor, make this building possible. You must see the lot to fully appreciate it. This lot includes all the necessary meshes, with proper permissions and credits given below. Let me know if you like these kind of buildings and I will have many more to come.

Huge thanks go to Numenor, the creators of CEP, and SimPE. Couldn’t have done it without you!
If I forgot someone, please let me know. I went step by step and gave everyone credit. If you can think of anything, let me know and I will edit the post.

ALSO, please note, that I have all expansion packs installed, so I do not know how the compatibility works. I assume you have to have up to OFB installed.

I really don't know where you got that name from and I admitt, I was confused in the beginning, but after looking at those amazing previews for minutes stunned with only one thought in my mind "I want that lot!" I really don't care about the name any more...

:clapp::clapp::clapp:

I love it and yes, please more modern lots,
I can never have enough of those...Smiley
