Hmmm, this may have already been asked, but how do you put a pattern like this ( http://patterns.ming-ling.net/purplebirds_lg.jpg) on to a outfit like this? (http://www.insimenator.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=16871&d=1147028515) I'd like to know.

Well, you're asking how to do a recolor. There are many excellent tutorials available to help you out with this question. Both on this site and MTS2. Browse around looking for Object Recolor Tutorial and you'll be ready to go.
