Hair Recoloring by Age group

I'm just starting to experiment with recoloring hair. I've found when I export the project, there's often what seems like a billion different files in the project folder. Which ones should I change to just change the hair for adults, not the other age groups? Trying to make sense of the filenames here.

Check the texture file names...just say you only want to recolour the adult male's hair...you'd look for the texture with the name's prefix "amhair" (adult male hair). Or in case of teen female hair you'd look for "tfhair". Visualization can help to. The grey textures are obviously for elder sims.
