"Will you merry me?" Mitch asks Lana. Her eyes get very wide, her mouth opens in surprise. At this point she is totally speechless and continues to stare at Mitch, expecting him to say 'just kidding', while he patiently awaits her answer.
It took some time to recover, but the question hit home and she threw herself in Mitch's arms and repeatedly said "Yes, yes, yes ,yes..."

Love is not a word I throw around lightly.  I care about him, and I know he cares about me.  I can tell by the way he's always so patient and understanding, and how he never hesitates to rush to my side when I need him.  I believe love isn't something that can be fabricated just because someone arranges the circumstances, or that you only think he's Mister Right because he's one of the only Misters around.  It's something that takes time, work, trials, and a solid foundation of friendship and trust.  Am I in love with him?  My judgement on that may be clouded right now, but what I know for sure is that I have found a best friend.

I honestly don't think I could give an answer - knowing me, I'd probably be crying to hard to get anything out!  I think he'd get the idea, though, when I throw my arms around him and hug him like there's no tomorrow.  Some women dream of finding a best friend in their husband... I dream of finding a husband in my best friend.
