To make this affordable and available with indoor plumbing (as all my structures are meant to have), I had to sacrifice decorations. I don't have the Holiday plug-in anyway so I would've had to upload more meshes, which would've added to the price and nullify this as a starter home.
I admit, I cheated with the roof and outside walls, using a Maxis and a fellow Sims recolor. But I pride myself on copying the design as exact as possible. And I think I achieved that.
