The Santa Clara is a cozy little home with a lovely courtyard in the front and a patio for entertaining in the back. It has plenty of room to add a swimming pool or hottub, and the wood fence ensures that your Sims will be able to keep those pesky intruders out. This house would be good for 2-3 adult Sims or a family of 3-4. The bedrooms are large enough to accommodate multiple single beds, if needed.

I really like this house, Rogue! I downloaded some of your stuff before and retardedly put them in the wrong folders...duh! Have to re-download some of them and make sure I put them in the lot folder. LOL
