This is the first house I've ever build myself for Sim 2 and although it may not be great like some on here I thought I share, its built on a 5x4 lot and costs 241,347 and would be great for those who love to have large families.
 
This house is designed using only Maxis items and has no hacked objects in fact Ive only placed stuff in it so you can see which rooms can be used as what but hey even that can be changed.
 
It has three floors, one being a basement

I but game stuf in here but maybe this could be used as a home business?

Small relaxing area (which is behind the garage)
