I just released the complete range of nudes, including full-body meshes for ALL sizes, over in the Dungeon, if you haven't seen it yet. The DDD's are included, it may be enough to get you started, as long as you don't mind REALLY tight clothing
At least they're bump-map enabled now, can't wait to see what folks come up with for that...

It's a texture layer that allows it to give an illusion of "bumpiness" on the texture. If you have a fairly recent video card in your machine you should be able to see it in-game. Many of the Maxis outfits use it, especially things like sweaters and stuff.
