Hi, my name is Tyrone, but you can call me Ty; all my friends do. As you probably already guessed by staring at my physique (yeah, I saw you), I am an athlete and I take good care of myself. I eat right and I jog five times a week, lift weights every other day, and do cardio and play basketball on the other days. My mother used to say I could never sit still--I still can't! I love any type of physical activity, from exercising to dancing to, well...use your imagination.
