OK, this is one I did for me, with my tastes in mind, so it's perhaps a little heavy on the lilac (it's my favourite colour!!) and there is a heck of a long list of links for custom stuff. If I do another (and I might as I enjoyed doing it!!) I'll use more Maxis and less custom!!

To install it you need to replace the CAS!.package in your relevant EP. Eg, I have UNI, NL and OFB so I need to replace it in:
 
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 2 Open For Business\TSData\Res\GlobalLots
 
I recommend renaming the Maxis CAS and leaving it in that folder - I call mine OldCAS! - really original I know!!!
 
To view this properly, first off you'll need Empty CAS files from Windkeeper here specifically wind_CASinvisibleroundpodium.package & wind_CASinvisibleobjects_differentmirror.package these take away all the Maxis objects, the rug on the floor and replaces the mirror as you see above
 
Screen A
Floor mirror - Sunair sims - Objects page 65
Picture on back wall - Vitasims page 9 of objects
Clock - Vitasims page 22 of objects, part of the RW bedroom set - link updated 24.02.08 - update 18.05.08: file attached to this post
Hat rack - things4sims.de - update 18.05.08: file attached to this post
Vase - mangosims - go to Meubles, Chambres and it's in Set Coton on page 3
End table - 4ESF bedroom7
Sofa - Sgoobysnacks29 you need the loveseat recolours and the mesh here
Window - Olemantiker
Sofa on side wall - 4ESF livingroom3
Curtain - mangosims - go to Meubles, Chambres and it's in Set Louisa on page 3
 
Screen B
Flowers - 11dots it's part of the Alessia diningset 3
Painting - Rogue777
Sofa - Parsimonius - Scape living room
 
I have included the wall and floor in the file as I don't have any information on them other than I can say for sure 100% they are not from a pay site. If anyone knows where they're from let me know and I'll gladly give credit

Update 06.05.08 - I have scoured Vitasims and can no longer find the abstract picture on the back wall in my first CAS! screen so I have added them as an attachment here. Please be advised though, if anyone from Vitasims complains I'll have to remove them
 
Update 18.05.08 - I can't find the coat rack on the things4sims.de site, the downloads there seem to be no more so I've added the file
 
Since Seasons I've been unable to use my CAS coz my poor simmies were freezing to death. I've finally plucked up the courage to try out Numenor's great Any Game Starter and have now got a Seasons proof CAS ... YAY! File is attached for those of you who want the CAS but have Seasons EP
