Does it only fix NEW toddlers and kids or should the already existing ones go back to the normal grow up aspiration?
Yes it only fixes new ones I was able to fix my toddlers my modifying the college clock to allow toddlers to re-roll their ltw & it set it back to normal, you can do that by checking the toddlers check box in the pie menu part in SimPE for what ever mod you use to re-roll ltw's.
