I only made one set of A clothing, the MillaJ meshes are just for the nudes... the differences are so subtle you wouldn't see them with the standard clothing meshes, so I intended these to be used with them.

It is possible, but it takes some editing with SimPE, which can get complicated, and it can mess with the animations with other sims if you adjust it too much.  Do a search over at MTS2 for "stretchskeleton", and you should find the tutorial.  Of course if you just want to see what it looks like without making it permanent, "stretchskeleton" is an in-game cheat code that will work until you exit the game, I believe... never tried it myself though, there should be info around for it.
