Hi everyone, I haven't been uploading my creations for a while.
Been very busy with work and playing the sims.

I had this lot for a while in my game and decided to upload it.
It's a large lot, based on a real house. It’s good for a large family.
I have all EP's for the sims, but I think the unfurnished version should work with all EP's.

There are two versions, unfurnished and furnished.

Lot price
Unfurnished - $ 111.000 - filename Casa Mexicana empty
Furnished - $ 250.000 - filename Casa Mexicana

Description of the lot.
Size 5x4
1 living room
1 Kitchen
2 Dining area’s
2 studies
5 Bedrooms
4 Bathrooms
And a swimming pool

Custom items, 7 wall papers by me for the outside looks.
Made the lot hack free with Sims2Pack Clean Installer.

Two shrubs could be missing, both original maxis downloads.
They are 'Missink Point Mystery Topiary' and the 'Skyline Topiary' as you see in the screenshots.

I hope you like it…

Wow, impressive! Will probably make my computer explode though if I tried to load it. Hah. Thanks for the nifty house.
