Smiley Norberto is a portuguese country guy. Born near Coimbra, he is very well aquainted with vineyard work. From dawn to dusk, this guy has been used to dealing with all kinds of weather.. Now, he can work in your neighborhood too. Just call him and he will be there ASAP.
