Hey there.  I am trying to create a new merman and was wondering if ever...was there a way to get jackets and things onto the merfolk?  any input on this would be nice.

Also, I am trying to create a special one for a friend of mine...I hv 2 questions....is there anyway to remove the dorsal fin...if it is okay of course...and where could i find navy tats and gear for the guy?  In case you can't guess, I am going for a Navy Seal...merman...lol.  If he comes out the way i'm thinking I will want to post him to share so I want him to look good.

Hi! I love these meshes, they're tons of fun, but I have to ask: are there plans to make some merman mesh that's not super built sometime? I just like the ordinary, scrawny men best myself. If not, thanks anyway!

marshmallowygoo,
"where is the mesh" might the right question to ask yourself - did you download, extract and put in your downloads both the mesh and the recolours?

nekkidora,
the regular merman has been available here for quite a while Smiley

I can't wait to see some recolours!
In other words...
Perfect! except for two things...

1. I can't get them to work with elders (both genders.)
2. The Tail is too small for the body (vice-versa), If you want A muscular merman, I think the body should be balanced out with a muscular tail.
I guess merpeople are only in their first stages of devolopement though?

Scarlo-hara,

Thank god I'm not obsessed by the downloads counter because I just reset it to 0 for you  - files updated to work also with elders.
Now, the elder female is a separate mesh and has its own thread on this section.

Oh and about the tail - that was a deliberate choice; a big tail seems more girly to me... Smiley
And as soon as I have uploaded linked skintones and the baby mesh this project will be over for me.

These are fantastic and I love being able to create a merfolk family.
Plans for any more?
Thanks!

I will always believe your Merman Cheesy
Is the most extraordinarily and astonishing mesh ever made!
How you did this is inconceivable to me.

Marvine you have created a true `Masterpiece,
The beauty of just a photo of them is so moving.

I believe the making of the Merman is a combination
of a wonderful imagination with the skillfulness for meshing.

Your artistry definitely shows an exquisite loveliest’

Hmm... I'd do it myself, but I'm no good at meshing, so might I ask...
Could you do a mermen mesh WITHOUT the overly-huge muscles? xD
