Did you extract the files from the .rar file? You should have 5 .package files to install into your Downloads folder (My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads ... or something similar). After that, you should be able to see them in game.

Click on the link in the first post - Kavar_night.rar - and choose to save it. Open it with an archive program (such as WinRAR) and extract the files to your Sims 2 Downloads folder (usually My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Downloads ). Then load up your game. Easy! Smiley
