Thanks to Yakov I got this silly thing working. A half-empty clothing rack. I was having difficulty getting the alpha to edit, so I was using the alpha for the texture and alpha - which is why it's more or less greyscale. I'll be fixing the texture and using the rack for stories and contests. If anyone has any use for something like this I'll gladly upload.....

Hey Mule - I forgot one step in the explanation I gave you, but I think you may have figured it out on your own. Under the Material Definition, change the stdMatAlphaTestEnabled value to 1, and stdMatAlphaBlendMode to blend for transluscency or none for invisible only.
