Features

Price: 133790
2 Floors
3 Bedrooms
2.5 Bathrooms
Fully Furnished and Landscaped
Has a pool and indoor garden room

This house took 3 attempts and several days to complete. I had it done...completely...on the 2nd try and my game crashed before I could save! UGGH!

Anyhow, I am very happy with how this came out. It is my best and favorite to date. There is enough space for a large family and it's just pleasant for you and your sims.

Custom Content (Meshes Included)

Fence and Plants by 4ESF

The STAIRS in the snap shots are not included with this home. I used the modern Maxis stairs. If you like the stairs I used, get it HERE

Some of the items in the screenshots are not included, like the furniture in the garden room and the plants around the pond. If you'd like to know where I got these items, PM me and I will point you in the right direction.
