Hey, y'all.  Most of you know me for my recolors of clothing, furniture and even a few Sims.  There's an upcoming contest for decorating that involves building the house you live in.  Well...here's my first try at building a house!  ROFLMAO!!  It's not the best in real estate, but some of you folks know how to fix it up nice.

The home was actually built in the very early 1900's.  There is a stairwell that goes up to an entirely too large attic that can be converted into a liveable upstairs area.  The third bedroom and laundryroom was added on at sometime thru the years.   There is evidence of three or four fireplaces throughout the home, but only one is still visable and useable.

There are several oak trees (unfortunately there are no oak trees in Sims2) but I improvised with what was available.  There is a small garden out back for your Sims use as well as a pickable apple tree.

This package was made with all EPs up to Seasons.  No stuff packs.
Large Lot: 4X4
Cost: $54,853 Unfurnished (bathrooms included)

ROFLMAO!!  IMPORTANT NOTE:  I FORGOT TO PUT A FEW DOORS IN THE HOUSE.  THE THIRD BEDROOM AND POSSIBLY THE BACK DOOR.  SORRY GUYS...I'M A BIG NEWBIE AT BUILDING!  Wink
