I come to you today with two homes for you and your sims to enjoy! This time I actually took a stab at landscaping too. I hope it's not too bad...:toothy5: But anywho, here's the breakdown

Starter Home 1
Price: 68,063
Floors: 1
Garage: Y, Single or 2-car occupany
Basement: Y, Large, Finished
Bedrooms: 2
Bathrooms: 1

This mid-sized home is perfect for the newly wed or small family. It has 2bed/1bath, eat-in kitchen, small deck and larger patio located behind the garage. It also has a large, gated off swimming pool and sauna for fun in the sun or relaxing after a hard day at work or the gym.

Gorgeous house, but I don't know how to explain this without being mean, but next house could you please not say it's a starter if it is over 20k 'cause I thought it was literally under 20k. But thanks for sharing this house and sorry.

What I meant by starter home was the size of the home. I didn't think about the size of the file. I'll keep that in mind nexy time.
